Former transport minister Saksayam Chidchob’s resignation as Bhumjaithai Party’s secretary-general and its party-list MP has triggered a chain reaction in the coalition party.

Former singer Nantida Kaewbuasai, who represents the Progressing Samut Prakan political group, has been unofficially named chief of Samut Prakan’s Provincial Administrative Organisation.
